This policy describes KeepNest Vault's current practices. KeepNest Vault is an independent service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Telegram.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies when you use the KeepNest Vault Telegram Bot, the website at keepnest.vip, membership checkout flows initiated by the Bot, and related support. The service is operated by the KeepNest Vault team (“KeepNest Vault,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use the service, we may process:
- Telegram account information: your Telegram numeric user ID, username if available, and language preference.
- Saved content: text, captions, Telegram file identifiers, media type and technical metadata, source information supplied by Telegram, and the folders and keys you create.
- Archive information: for eligible Archive Pro items, identifiers for copies sent to a private Telegram archive channel controlled by the service operator.
- Membership and payment records: plan status, subscription and payment identifiers, product identifier, payment status, dates, amount and currency where supplied by Suby, checkout records, and signed webhook events.
- Operational information: timestamps, delivery attempts, error records and security logs needed to operate and protect the service.
- Support communications: information you include when emailing us.
We do not request or store your cryptocurrency wallet private key or seed phrase. Never send such credentials to the Bot or support.
3. How we use information
We use information to save and organize your content, return search results, support inline sharing, deliver archive features, administer membership, verify payments, prevent duplicate processing, provide support, secure the service, troubleshoot failures, and comply with applicable obligations.
4. Telegram storage and archive copies
The Free plan primarily stores Telegram file references rather than downloading every media file to independent storage. Archive Pro may copy supported content to a private Telegram channel controlled by the service operator. These approaches remain dependent on Telegram infrastructure and policies. Neither Telegram file references nor private-channel copies are an independent permanent backup.
5. Service providers
We use third parties only as needed to provide the service:
- Telegram provides the Bot platform, messages, media delivery and archive-channel infrastructure.
- Suby provides hosted USDC checkout, payment and subscription processing, and related webhook notifications.
- Cloudflare hosts and secures this public website and may process standard network information such as IP addresses as part of delivering and protecting the site.
- Infrastructure providers host the Bot application and its database.
Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices. We do not sell personal information and do not use the website for advertising profiling.
6. Website language preference and cookies
The website stores only your selected language in your browser's local storage so it can remember your choice. The current website does not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics, account login, or tracking pixels. Third-party sites opened from our links may have their own technologies and policies.
7. Retention and security
We retain account, saved-content and membership information while needed to provide the service, maintain transaction and security records, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations. Retention periods may differ by record type. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security or permanent availability.
8. Your choices and deletion
You can manage and delete individual saved items within the Bot. You can request deletion of your Bot data by using the Bot's data-deletion command. You may also email keepnestvip@outlook.com for assistance. We may retain limited payment, fraud-prevention or legal records where required or reasonably necessary.
9. Children's privacy
KeepNest Vault is not directed to children who cannot lawfully consent to data processing in their location. If you believe a child has provided information without valid authorization, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. We will publish the revised version on this page and update the date above. Material changes may also be announced through the Bot where appropriate.

- 归档信息：对于符合条件的 Archive Pro 收藏，记录发送至服务运营方控制的 Telegram 私有归档频道中的副本标识。
- 会员与付款记录：套餐状态、订阅及付款标识、商品标识、付款状态、日期，以及 Suby 提供时的金额和币种、Checkout 记录和签名 Webhook 事件。
- 运行信息：为运行和保护服务所需的时间戳、发送尝试、错误记录与安全日志。
- 客服通信：你通过邮件向我们提供的信息。
我们不会要求或存储你的加密钱包私钥或助记词。请勿将此类凭证发送给 Bot 或客服。
3. 我们如何使用信息
我们使用相关信息来保存和整理内容、返回搜索结果、支持内联分享、提供归档功能、管理会员、验证付款、防止重复处理、提供客服、保护服务安全、排查故障并履行适用义务。
4. Telegram 存储与归档副本
免费版主要保存 Telegram 文件引用，而不是将每个媒体文件下载至独立存储。Archive Pro 可能将支持的内容复制到由服务运营方控制的 Telegram 私有频道。这些方式仍依赖 Telegram 的基础设施和平台政策。Telegram 文件引用及私有频道副本都不是独立的永久备份。
5. 服务提供商
我们仅在提供服务所需范围内使用第三方服务：
- Telegram 提供 Bot 平台、消息与媒体传递以及归档频道基础设施。
- Suby 提供托管式 USDC Checkout、付款和订阅处理及相关 Webhook 通知。
- Cloudflare 托管并保护本公开网站，在传递和保护网站时可能处理 IP 地址等标准网络信息。
- 基础设施提供商用于托管 Bot 应用和数据库。
各服务商依据其自身条款和隐私规则处理信息。我们不出售个人信息，也不使用本网站进行广告画像。
6. 网站语言偏好与 Cookie
网站仅在你的浏览器本地存储中保存所选语言，以便记住你的选择。目前网站不使用广告 Cookie、第三方统计、账户登录或跟踪像素。你通过链接访问的第三方网站可能使用其自身技术与政策。
7. 保留与安全
我们会在提供服务、保存交易和安全记录、解决争议及履行适用义务所需期间保留账户、收藏和会员信息，不同记录的保留期限可能不同。我们采取合理的技术和组织措施，但任何在线服务都无法保证绝对安全或永久可用。
8. 你的选择与删除
你可以在 Bot 内管理和删除单条收藏，也可以使用 Bot 的数据删除命令申请删除 Bot 数据。如需协助，可发送邮件至 keepnestvip@outlook.com。对于依法必须保留或为付款核对、防欺诈等合理需要的有限记录，我们可能继续保留。
9. 未成年人隐私
KeepNest Vault 不面向在其所在地无法合法同意数据处理的未成年人。如果你认为未成年人在未经有效授权的情况下提供了信息，请联系我们，我们将审核并采取适当措施。
10. 政策变更
我们可能随服务变化更新本政策。修订版本会发布在本页面并更新上述日期；如有重大变化，我们也可能通过 Bot 进行适当通知。
