KeepNest Vault is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Telegram. These terms are a general service agreement and do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and the KeepNest Vault team (“KeepNest Vault,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the KeepNest Vault Telegram Bot, keepnest.vip, membership features, or related services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be legally capable of agreeing to these Terms in your location. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. The service
KeepNest Vault helps users save supported Telegram messages, organize them with folders and keys, search saved items, and share results through supported Telegram features. Features, limits and supported message types may change as the service evolves.
The Free plan primarily stores Telegram file references. Archive Pro may create copies of supported saved content in a private Telegram archive channel controlled by the service operator. Neither method is independent backup storage or a guarantee of permanent availability.
3. Account access and security
Your access is associated with your Telegram account. You are responsible for securing that account and for activity performed through it. Notify us promptly if you reasonably believe your use of KeepNest Vault has been compromised. Never send a wallet private key, seed phrase, Bot token, password or other secret credential to the Bot or support.
4. Archive Pro membership and payment
- Archive Pro is offered as a monthly USDC membership through a third-party checkout provider.
- USDC renewal is manual each month. KeepNest Vault does not automatically charge your wallet.
- Membership activates only after a valid payment notification is received and verified, not merely because a checkout page reports success.
- If payment is not renewed, paid features may pause or expire. Existing saved items may remain viewable, but new activity can be restricted by Free plan limits.
- Cancellation stops future renewal or schedules the membership to end after the already-paid period; it does not ordinarily end the current paid period immediately.
- Payments for an activated digital-service period are generally non-refundable. Exceptions required by applicable law or the payment provider's binding rules remain available. There is no automated refund function in the Bot; contact support for exceptional cases.
Applicable price, currency, network and payment details are shown in the hosted checkout before you authorize payment. Network fees, exchange costs or taxes charged outside KeepNest Vault may apply.
5. Your content and responsibilities
You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You grant us a limited permission to process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to operate the requested saving, organization, search, sharing, archive, security and support functions.
You must have the legal right to save and use the content. You may not use KeepNest Vault to store, archive, distribute or facilitate content that is illegal, infringing, abusive, exploitative, malicious, deceptive, or otherwise violates another person's rights or applicable platform rules. You may not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer or misuse the service.
We may restrict or terminate access, remove content, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with lawful requests when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal obligations or platform requirements.
6. Third-party services
KeepNest Vault depends on services including Telegram, Suby, Cloudflare and infrastructure providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by their own terms. We do not control their networks, policies, availability, content decisions, fees or account actions.
7. Availability, changes and discontinuation
We work to keep the service useful and available, but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanent operation. Telegram file identifiers or source links may stop working; archive channels, Bot accounts, infrastructure or third-party services may be restricted, changed or unavailable. You should keep independent backups of content that is important or irreplaceable.
We may modify features, limits or these Terms, or suspend or discontinue all or part of the service. Where reasonably possible, we will give advance notice of material changes through the website or Bot.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of permanence, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We are not responsible for loss caused by third-party outages, Telegram actions, broken source references, user error, unauthorized access outside our reasonable control, blockchain-network conditions, or content you fail to back up independently.
To the extent permitted by law, KeepNest Vault will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of data, revenue or opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time and may use the Bot's data-deletion command. Ending use does not reverse completed payments or eliminate obligations and records that must survive, including payment reconciliation, abuse prevention and applicable legal requirements.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms as the service changes. The updated version will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after the new Terms take effect means you accept them, except where additional consent is required by law.
11. Questions and disputes
These Terms do not currently designate an exclusive governing law or court. If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it in good faith. Mandatory rights and rules applicable to you remain unaffected.

你必须具备在所在地同意本条款的法律能力。如果代表组织使用服务，你确认自己有权使该组织受本条款约束。
2. 服务内容
KeepNest Vault 帮助用户保存支持的 Telegram 消息，通过类别和 Key 整理、搜索收藏，并使用支持的 Telegram 功能分享结果。随着服务发展，功能、额度和支持的消息类型可能调整。
免费版主要保存 Telegram 文件引用。Archive Pro 可能将支持的收藏内容复制到服务运营方控制的 Telegram 私有归档频道。两种方式都不是独立备份存储，也不保证永久可用。
3. 账户访问与安全
你的访问权限与 Telegram 账户关联。你有责任保护该账户，并对通过账户进行的活动负责。如果你有合理理由认为 KeepNest Vault 的使用受到侵害，请及时通知我们。请勿向 Bot 或客服发送钱包私钥、助记词、Bot Token、密码或其他秘密凭证。
4. Archive Pro 会员与付款
- Archive Pro 通过第三方 Checkout 提供 USDC 月度会员。
- USDC 每月需要手动续费，KeepNest Vault 不会自动从你的钱包扣款。
- 会员仅在收到并验证有效付款通知后开通，Checkout 页面显示成功本身不代表权益已经开通。
- 未续费时，付费功能可能暂停或过期。已有收藏可能仍可查看，但新增操作会受到免费版额度限制。
- 取消会阻止未来续费或安排会员在已付款周期结束后终止，通常不会立即终止当前已付款周期。
- 已经开通的数字服务周期原则上不退款；适用法律或支付服务商强制规则要求的例外不受影响。Bot 内不提供自动退款功能，特殊情况请联系客服。
适用价格、币种、网络和付款详情会在你授权付款前显示于托管 Checkout 页面。KeepNest Vault 以外产生的网络费、汇兑成本或税费可能另行适用。
5. 用户内容与责任
你保留对提交内容拥有的权利。你仅授权我们在提供所请求的保存、整理、搜索、分享、归档、安全和客服功能所需范围内处理、复制和传输内容。
你必须拥有保存和使用相关内容的合法权利。不得使用 KeepNest Vault 存储、归档、传播或协助处理违法、侵权、虐待、剥削、恶意、欺骗性内容，或侵犯他人权利、违反适用平台规则的内容。不得探测、干扰、过载、逆向工程或滥用本服务。
在为处理滥用、安全风险、法律义务或平台要求而合理必要时，我们可以限制或终止访问、移除内容、保留相关记录，或配合法律要求。
6. 第三方服务
KeepNest Vault 依赖 Telegram、Suby、Cloudflare 和基础设施提供商等服务。你使用这些服务时还可能受到其自身条款约束。我们无法控制其网络、政策、可用性、内容决定、费用或账户措施。
7. 可用性、变更与终止
我们会努力保持服务实用和可用，但不承诺服务不中断、无错误或永久运行。Telegram 文件标识或来源链接可能失效；归档频道、Bot 账户、基础设施或第三方服务可能受到限制、变更或无法使用。对于重要或不可替代的内容，你应保存独立备份。
我们可能修改功能、额度或本条款，也可能暂停或停止全部或部分服务。在合理可行时，我们会通过网站或 Bot 提前通知重大变化。
8. 免责声明与责任限制
在适用法律允许范围内，服务按“现状”和“可用状态”提供，不对永久性、特定用途适用性或不侵权作出保证。对于第三方中断、Telegram 措施、来源引用失效、用户错误、超出我们合理控制的未经授权访问、区块链网络状况，或你未独立备份内容造成的损失，我们不承担责任。
在法律允许范围内，KeepNest Vault 不对因使用服务产生的间接、附带、特殊、后果性或惩罚性损害，以及数据、收入或机会损失承担责任。本条款不排除依法不得排除的责任或消费者权利。
9. 结束使用
你可以随时停止使用服务，并可使用 Bot 的数据删除命令。结束使用不会撤销已经完成的付款，也不会消除必须继续有效的义务与记录，包括付款核对、防止滥用和适用法律要求。
10. 条款变更
我们可能随服务变化修订本条款。更新版本会在本页面发布并修改日期。新条款生效后继续使用服务即表示接受，但法律要求另行取得同意的情况除外。
11. 问题与争议
本条款目前不指定排他的适用法律或法院。如有疑问或争议，请先联系我们，以便善意尝试解决。适用于你的强制性权利和规则不受影响。
